At your service to increase competitiveness of Albanian products!

The Albanian Agriculture Competitiveness Lushnja (AAC-L), is an Albanian NGO registered on September 2012. AAC-L is a spin-off of the DAI-AAC program funded by USAID.

The organization has its main office in Fier and two other satellite offices in Tirane and Xarre, Sarande.

Currently, AAC-L implements SAVS – Strengthening Agricultural Vital Subsectors – a 4 year program supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). AAC-L’s strategy is designed to stimulate sustained growth in Albania’s agriculture sector through improved productivity and competitiveness. In addition to linking farmers to markets, our organization also provides direct assistance to improve crop production, post-harvest handling, packaging and marketing for Albania’s high-value agriculture products—all important factors that affect the ability of farmers, processors and traders to meet ever-changing market requirements.

In August 2014 AAC-L was awarded with a small grant from US Embassy to provide support for development of the olive subsector.

In May, 2015 AAC-L was awarded with a small grant from Assist Impact to improve organization’s capacities.

We believe that our organization has put together the right team and has the appropriate expertise to help increase economic opportunities for Albanian farmers and improve Albanian Agriculture Competitiveness.
